If you discover your ATM card is lost or stolen

during business hours

Dial 100 and leave a message in the general delivery mailbox.
Your call will be returned on the next busines day. 

 

VisaŽ debit card

If you discover your VisaŽ debit card is lost or stolen

during business hours  

Call 304-436-4112 or 800-532-9553.

outside of business hours  

Call 800-523-4175.
A hold will be placed on your card to prevent further transactions.
The following business day, call 304-436-4112 to order a new card.
