Fraud Alerts

Did someone get your card information?  If so, you'll be hearing from us! 

If your mobile phone is on file with your MCNB account linked to your debit card, we'll send you a text right away for any transaction charged to your card that seems suspicious.  Then you can tell us if you recognize the transaction.  We'll put things on hold until we hear from you.

Please note that keeping your mobile number current with us is essential to taking advantage of this safety feature.  Contact your local MCNB Banking Center as soon as possible if your mobile number changes.

Lost/Stolen Card

If your ATM or Visa® debit card or ATM card has been lost or stolen, take precautions immediately.

Visa® debit card

If you discover your Visa® debit card is lost or stolen:

During business hours

And you have iBank Mobile

Use Manage Card in iBank Mobile to disable your card in real-time.  Next, contact MCNB to report and resolve the issue.

And you do not have iBank Mobile

Contact MCNB to report and resolve the issue.

Outside of business hours

And you have iBank Mobile

Use Manage Card in iBank Mobile to disable your card in real-time.  On the following business day, contact MCNB to resolve the issue.

And you do not have iBank Mobile

Contact After-Hours Support to disable your card.  On the following business day, contact MCNB to resolve the issue.
